This painting is a portrait of Sierra (@Frokyo) from a while back.
I don’t have the exact date recorded, but it comes from an earlier period of my portrait-focused work where I was exploring expressive character presence through layered acrylic handling and strong shape design.

Even when working from a known subject, I approach each portrait as an interpretation rather than a strict copy—focusing on mood, structure, and how painted texture can carry personality.
