Oil on canvas board (October 2024). This painting was developed from a photo reference of Japanese burlesque dancer Momo, photographed by me at a Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School Tokyo event.
The piece explores theatrical mood, colour contrast, and character presence, with process images and timelapse documenting the build-up.
